De La Nuez is a multi dimensional creative artist who utilizes mixed media including acrylics, watercolors, colored pencils, oil pastels, lithographs, collage and silkscreens. He especially loves working with oversized and large canvases.
The artist has been featured on countless television shows, including: VH1: Fabulous Life of: "The Latest in Billionaire Home Decor," various MTV "Cribs," E! Celebrity Favorites, HGTV "Designer's Challenge" His art is collected by many celebrities, including comedians, singers, actors and talk show hosts as well as major corporations. He contributes his art to charity auctions for hospitals, abused children, Alzheimer's research, AIDS events and many animal rescue causes. He feels that "animals are the innocent ones who cannot speak for themselves," so he donates his art and his appearances to specific charity causes and events.
His artwork has earned thousands of dollars for charities. A client of his summed it up best by saying, "No matter what is going on in the world, I look at your art and it makes me smile."
